All week I have felt like I need a good old cry, I can't do it in work so in awaiting to clock off so I can jump in peachie (my car) and blast some tear jerker song so I can let out all this built up sadness, (best but is its not that sad but I still feel the need to weep) 😭😢😥

Interview style ! Awk

Having worked at my place of hell for 5 years now, I have seem many people come and go, which always means... interview time. The big thing that shocks me is what on earth people think is OK to wear to one!! Bearing in mind I wear a suit everyday,  I have seen bottoms hanging out of shorts, joggers, gym wear, wellies, smelly trainers, ripped t-shirts, ridiculously low cut tee's on men, hair in all shades, styles, tattooed faces, hole in a good few visible places, I just get confused with what people are trying to say about themselves. My parents always insured that if I had a interview I turn up smart, no tattoos on show (the 11 I own all hidden) all piercing out (9 of those) hair smart, be polite and go in knowing that id be amazing for the job, sell myself (not in that way cheeky). The interviewees I see today scream, "I can not be bothered to brush my hair or get changed into proper attire, I come in my pjs with a half assed outlook on this". Now is it just me at 26 being a stuck up working class female, or has the times changed.......
